MEIKO's New Lightning In A Bottle (Cleaning System)
With a rise in consciousness over the use of plastic in our daily lives as well as a stronger focus on hygiene within the F&B scene , the food service industry has stepped up to the challenge of using more environmentally friendly reusable bottles and carafes to serve drinks. However, this poses an obstacle: how does one manage to wash and clean these products at high speeds to cope with a bustling crowd during peak period? MEIKO believes they have the answer with the new MEIKO bottle rack system, the professional solution for restaurants, cafes, bars, hotels, and communal catering, among other environments. The bottle system is the highest in standards for hygienic washing for reusable bottles, set by the hygiene specialists at MEIKO in Offenburg, Germany.
Just a few changes can transform your M-iClean U glass and dishwasher into a machine specially designed for cleaning reusable bottle. Simply replace the bottom wash arm with the adapter included. This system uses separate, sealed pipes to prevent cross contamination of the wash water and the fresh rinse water using specially designed nozzles which spray them directly into the bottle interior. This efficient system can wash up to 16 glass bottles (bottles up to 114mm wide and up to 370mm tall) while also ensuring no detergent residue is left in the bottles. The MEIKO bottle washing system is suitable for all M-iClean UM/UM+ machines.
The easy to use attachment means that you can easily change your system whenever you needed for washing different items while streamlining processes within the kitchen. The process also means that less water is used while meeting standards set by the hygiene specialists at MEIKO and reducing the amount of disposable bottles used in the industry.
