120 hospitality staff from 68 hotels were recognised for their outstanding service at the National Kindness Awards - Service Gold ceremony this week, which is a tout to how staff adapted to the breakout of Covid-19 and how they went above and beyond to receive guests through the entire time. The ceremony was held at Furama Riverfront, which saw hoteliers share how they adapted their operations to serve Singaporeans especially since the rise of staycations.

In its 26th edition, the Service Gold award is organised by the Singapore Kindness Movement and Singapore Hotel Association.
