MO Bar's first two menu volumes showcased the wonders of travelling all around the world, with cocktails that illustrated and inspired by the ingredients and dishes of the different countries.
Now, with Volume Three, MO Bar wants to invite you to try Volume Three, a continuation of the journey of the first two menu volumes.
While Volume Two drew inspiration from the team’s travels since the bar opened, the preparation for Volume Three embraced the new normal with virtual guest shifts while exploring the history and culture of their chosen destinations across Asia Pacific.What's more, Mandarin Oriental Singapore unveils its first-ever interactive digital menu, one where you can access it from your phone, tablet and laptop.
Drawing the inspiration from star maps, the one-of-a-kind digital hub explores innovative ways to take customers on a journey. Breaking from conventions, the site is a nod to the way the drinks were designed – embracing the new normal with virtual guest shifts rather than in-person, while exploring the history and culture of their chosen destinations. With a scan of a QR code or click of a button, guests are whisked away to a whole new world of drink offerings depicted in vibrant colours and animations.
Diners can scroll through the animated star map to view the entire drinks menu, inviting users to scroll and discover the various symbols representing the strength and glassware used for each drink. Clicking on any of the regionally inspired drinks will bring one to a full two-page spread for a complete description, story and close-up of the drinks, with illustrations and photos bound to keep the user engaged and show a preview of what they might be ordering.
