Weekend at InterContinental Singapore Thanks To Their Brunch!
Ash & Elm at InterContinental Singapore is launching a new Weekend Champagne Brunch with Caviar and Seafood Singapore, using Kaluga Queen caviar and luscious seafood comprising oysters, scallops, king crab and lobster.
Available on weekends from 12.30pm to 3pm, dine upon appetisers such as premium cold cuts, cheeses and fresh bakes. If you’re looking for something more substantial, the Ash & Elm’s signatures are available in sharing platters. Savour the Spanish Duroc Pork Rack and Beer-braised Beef Short Ribs, which can be accompanied by Truffle Poached Eggs. Sweet endings to the brunch come in the form of the Mini Apple Tatin, Red Velvet Cake, Macarons and Pralines. The dining experience is made indulgent with unlimited Taittinger Brut Champagne.
The Classic Weekend Champagne Brunch is available on Saturday and Sunday from 12:30pm to 3:00pm. Prices start off from $108* per person or $148* per person if you wish to have unlimited Taittinger Brut Champagne . There is a minimum of two people to dine upon visit, and all prices quoted are subject to 10% service charge and prevailing government taxes.
