Drinks include the golden Prosperity Negroni ($14) to celebrate the flux of prosperity in the New Year, a fragrant pink blush Spring Kumquat Gin ($14) to usher in the start of Spring, the tribute to the phrase, 'health is wealth' with the Longevity Sour Plum Cha ($16), and a fortuitous encounter with the Fortune Mala Ong Lai ($14)! For those looking for something non-alcoholic, the Abundance Mandarin Hazelnut Latte ($4.90) is filled with rich espresso with smooth and creamy steamed milk, infused with mandarin and hazelnut flavours. All these drinks are made with the muscular robotic bartender and barista arm techonology thanks to RATIO Cafe and Lounge. The HUAT’S UP Menu will be available from 27 January – 28 February 2021.

Welcome the Year of the Ox with a celebratory set menu at iconic lifestyle destination CÉ LA VI. From 8 to 21 February (with the exception of Valentine’s Day, 14 February),ascend to the highest levels of Marina Bay Sands for gather for the tantalising Chinese New Year Dinner Menu exclusively available at CÉ LA VI Restaurant. Featuring Asian cuisine with a modern twist, the scrumptious six-course Set Dinner Menu (S$158++) ties each dish to a Chinese traditional value that's celebrated during Chinese New Year. Highlights include the Prosperity Yu Sheng, filled with salmon, peanut, sesame and honey plum sauce, the Longevity Heirloom Tomato Salad & Burrata will be served with yuzu-shiso vinaigrette and black sesame tuile and the Iberico Pork Loin in shiitake tare glaze, mustard greens and green apple.
