Giving a Hi5 (SG) to the F&B Community!
From September 2020 to January 2021, diners can look forward to rediscovering hundreds of homegrown restaurants, eateries and cafes via Hi5SG (w.hi5.sg).
From the same team behind #savefnbsg (
www.wearefnbsg.com), an independent restaurant coalition that came together during the COVID-19 circuit breaker, Hi5SG is a non-profit dining campaign that champions the positive loop of giving back amongst restaurants, consumers and underprivileged communities. It seeks to satisfy the gastronomic wanderlust with its plethora of cuisine options, and letting people rediscover the wonderful gastronomic destinations within Singapore! For the next 5 months, local F&B businesses are all coming together to support each other and those in need. Independent cafes, hole-in-the-wall gastro-bars, cloud dining concepts and Michelin-stared restaurants are each rolling out special dining experiences themed around the number “5”, such as $5 dishes and drinks, 55% off and $55 set menus. A play on the current 5-pax dining rule,, as well as Singapore's birthday at 55 years this year, Hi5SG aims to support business recovery while honouring the need of safe distancing.
