Planning a date for you and your significant other? One Faber Group is inviting couples to Save-the-Date and make up for lost time with a romantic evening at Dusk Restaurant and Bar, located at Faber Peak Singapore. From 4 July 2020 to 31 August 2020 at only $75++ per person, guests can purchase their very own scrumptious three-course wine-pairing meal with a pre-dinner cocktail activity amidst majestic sunset, worth more than $130!

Start off the evening with an exclusive hands-on cocktail mixing session! Guests will get to enjoy their own concocted tipple from the session with a Crab & Mango Stack, featuring a generous helping of shredded crab meat heaped atop a chopped salad of mango, avocado and tomato. Next, a Duck Confit that’s slow-cooked for eight hours to melt the layer of fat through the meat, resulting in juicy, fork-tender flesh and crispy skin, drizzled with truffle oil. The dish is served with sarladaise potatoes roasted in the decadent duck fat drippings, and a side of mesclun salad in balsamic glaze. The Duck Confit comes paired with an oaky Marques De Casa Concha Chardonnay. End the meal on a sweet note with a slice of Homemade Cheesecake, drizzled with a raspberry coulis and wild berries, perfectly complemented by the fruity aroma of a Marques de Casa Concha Carmenere.

 Save-the-Date is exclusively available via online pre-purchase and will be redeemable 90 days from the date of purchase, starting 10 July 2020. The package also comes with a complimentary Dusk cocktail shaker, complimentary instant photo to commemorate the evening, romantic table décor and a F&B voucher.

One Faber Group has now also implemented a series of enhanced hygiene and safety protocols at Dusk, a SG Clean-certified F&B establishment. These include the provision of disposable mask bags for guests to store their masks while dining, plastic wrapping of cutlery to prevent contamination and QR code menus through which diners will be directed to a digital menu.
