Message from Me
When Mother’s Day passed last week, many took to social media to wish their mums and mother figures. Amongst those social media posts was Millennium Hotels and Resort’s campaign: Message from Me.
The campaign, aimed to bridge the distance between families as many countries are still living under curfew and lockdown conditions, contained more than 100 video messages from employees and management staff to their mothers and loved ones. Besides being published on social media platforms and on pages like YouTube, the video is also screened on the outdoor LED screen outside Orchard Hotel Singapore.
Members of the public can also share their own messages to their mothers and loved ones on MHR’s social media pages with the hashtag #MHRmessagefromme and #MHRfamily time. Selected videos or comments will stand to win attractive prizes ranging from hotel stays at any location of choice or a sumptuous Mother’s Day meal from any of MHR’s signature restaurants.
“With restrictions on travel currently in place, many people including our colleagues are separated physically from their loved ones. A simple message today can be a source of support to our mother or loved ones and we are encouraging the public to join us in this journey.” says Mr. Clarence Tan the Group CEO.
