The Alsace region of France is one which features hearty, traditional French food. Owner and Chef Stephane Istel of Bar-Roque Grill himself hails from that region, so he would know best about creating and serving these dishes. As part of the World Gourmet Summit celebrations, Chef Stephane and his team will be whipping up your familiar Alsatian favourites – and more! From the well-loved choucroute to the delectable Mama Istel's Recipe Black Forest, we promise the treat of the week for you and your friends!
The menu will include popular dishes from Alsace such as the Tart Flambé, Smoked Pork Shank Caramelized with Munster Cheese, pair of Knack Sausage and Mustard, Smoked Alsatian Monbeliard and Mustard, and Alsatian Cheese Cake.
