Review Hub Launched by Tripadvisor
With the aim to help restaurants better manage their business and take control of their reputation online, Tripadvisor has launched Review Hub – a new interactive portal that allows restaurants to manage their online reviews across major dining sites and apps.
The platform will allow restaurant ownders to view customer reviews of their business and quickly respond to them all from one convenient dashboard. Keeping convenience in mind, Review Hub taps on existing websites like Tripadvisor, Google, Facebook, Yelp and many other review sites.
Review Hub would display a snapshot of ratings and reviews from multiple platforms, and lets restaurant owners click through to explore their unique review trends in more depth – allowing a compiled and easier look-through at customer feedbacks and suggested improvements with a complete range of reviews from multiple sites.
After which, restaurant owners have more time to respond thoughtfully to each review by thanking customers for their feedback or to share their side of the story. The response is then automatically posted on the site or the app, so online reputation management is easier and less time-consuming for restaurant owners.
Available as a subscription-based product, restaurant owners would no longer require to spend much time to understand every review site in order to manage online reputation, and will be able to connect to their customers conveniently online. The subscription is applicable on a monthly or annual basis, and is available in all markets where Tripadvisor operates.
