Re-Introducing U.S. Dairy Export Council at the World Gourmet Summit 2020
U.S. Dairy Export Council (USDEC) is no stranger in Singapore’s culinary scene. Since its incorporation in 1995, USDEC has enhanced demand for U.S. dairy products and ingredients by securing access and assisting suppliers to meet market needs that facilitate sales. As a result, many restaurants in Singapore are using U.S. cheeses and other dairy products. The products continue to shape Singapore’s culinary landscape, providing perspective to the colourful cuisine of the little red dot.
This year, the U.S. Dairy Export Council will be joining the World Gourmet Summit 2020 as a premium partner. This means that participants of WGS 2020 can expect events that will highlight U.S. dairy products, and have the opportunity to learn more about the quality ingredients.
Besides WGS 2020, U.S. Dairy Export Council will also adopt the World Gourmet Awards (WGA) Innovative Chef of the Year for 2020!
