The Prime Society offers a modern contemporary cuisine, showcasing the very best breeds of Australian beef. From premium grass and grain fed, to 100 % full blood Wagyu, dry and wet aged beef. All beef is sourced from suppliers that do not use growth hormones or antibiotic feed supplements. Our steaks are served with house made flavored salts and condiments.

The menu brings international appeal to the table offering a variety of sharing modern, contemporary meat, seafood and vegetarian dishes that are textural and light, inspired by Pan Asian aesthetics producing exquisite, refined cuisine.

Originally constructed as army barracks for British soldiers, The Prime Society’s interior is breathtaking and one of a kind! The colonial architecture has been painstakingly retained to reflect its cultural heritage. Exposed raw brick colums ,wooden floor boards set amongst floor to roof windows and high lofty ceilings harmoniously blends old-world charm with an air of regality with contemporary chic, creating a warm and friendly ambience. This outstanding award winning restaurant is located in the lush surroundings of the Dempsey area.
