Riches and Wonders: Ginseng Dinners at the World Gourmet Summit!
Health is wealth, we can all agree on this. And any herb or ingredient that can help to enhance that is always a benefit. With that in mind, restaurants béni and Hua Ting , in conjunction with the World Gourmet Summit, Spirits Castle, Two Oceans Wisconsin Ginseng and American Ginseng, is releasing degustation menus meant to highlight the beauty of American ginseng and the flavours it brings into the food dishes it offers.
The menus, curated by Executive Chef of béni, Kenji Yamanaka, and Masterchef of Hua Ting restaurant Chung Lap Fai, is filled with flavours showcasing the beauty and delicate taste of the root. Taste the herbal goodness of American ginseng, grown in Wisconsin and certified American.
The béni menu will be held on 23rd
November 2021, from 7pm onwards, at $268++ per person. The Hua Ting menu will be held on the 30th
November 2021, at $118++ per person (minimum two pax per reservation, available from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm, or 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm. To book, please go to the World Gourmet Summit website
