The World Gourmet Summit 2021: Full List of Recipients and Categories The World Gourmet Summit 2021 was streamed live on Facebook on the 17th, 18th and 19th May of 2021, highlighting the best of what the F&B industry had to offer in Singapore.
 
Special categories and awards such as the MEIKO GREEN Waste  Solutions Green  Initiative Award, which sought to recognise an establishment which  embraces the sustainable route, and the Q Industries Green Initiative Award (Individual), which sough to recognise an individual which embraces the sustainable route, demonstrating sustainable operating practices, the Hospitality Star (Sustainability) Award pays homage to those who successfully integrate the best practices, technologies and methodologies in the area of sustainability were given out, to recipients such as Spa Espirit Group and Chef Oliver Truesdale Jutras of Open Farm Community.
 
The Lifetime Achievement  Award, which sought to recognise two individuals whose  significant contributions over a  minimum span of 15 years have led to  the promotion and growth of  excellence within the Food & Beverage  industry, went to Aziza Ali, a Singaporean former chef, food consultant, businessperson, artist, jeweller, and author recognised for bringing fine Malay dining to the Singaporean public; and Helene Raudaschl, Chairman / Founder Indoguna Productions Director of FSAPME, whose love and passion for the food business can also be seen through the awards that she has won, including the reputable EY Entrepreneur of the Year – Food and Beverage Distribution (2016).
