Light gold in colour with a touch of bronze and copper. Fine bubbles. Cheesy initial nose, followed by minerals; chalky and slightly earthy. Light, dry, round, ripe and balanced on the palate with flavours of browned apples. Medium acidity and oxidative with good complexity and layers of fruits and textures. Dry and nutty with flavours of apples on a long finish.
