The wine exhibits a clear, pale lemon colour, effervescence is present but the bubbles are quite big. On the nose, it is clean, with elements of bread, yeast, lemon zest and oak. On the palate, it has a good acidity and an intense mousse, with elements of yeast, bitter lemon. The finish was medium at best.
