This was a favourite with all three tasters. On the nose, Tan finds fresh summer fruits while Kadir and Yeo find it to be yeasty and toasty respectively. Yeo enjoys that it is refreshing on the palate, and that it makes him want to drink more; Kadir finds it to have perfect balance – and that it should be paired with cold cuts and antipasto.
