Director of Codigo 1530, Justin Tan, Introduces Their Pink Tequila To Singapore

Produced by Maison Saint Aix in the famed rosé producing area of Provence, AIX Rosé is the sole wine produced by this winery, and is perhaps one of Provence's most well-known rosé wines. This wine has won a gold medal in the internationally renowned Concours Général Agricole Paris in the years 2015, 2013, 2011 and 2010, and is a blend of Cinsault, Syrah, Grenache and Counoise. Stephanie Rigourd, wine director for The Raffles Hotel Singapore lauds this wine for its elegance and crispness, as well as its soft finish, although she does mention that the finish is quite short. Zainal Abdul Kadir, general manager of Top Wines Pte Ltd, too compliments the wine on its freshness and good balance of fruit and acidity, while Ian Lim, head of sales and chief sommelier of the Singapore Straits Wine Company, also bring the wine's short but vibrant finish to attention.
