Bruno Dangin Crémant De Bourgogne Rosé Brut

Produced by Bruno Dangin, which is known for its excellent Crémant De Bourgogne, this wine is produced from one hundred percent Pinot Noir. While Stephanie Rigourd, wine director for The Raffles Hotel Singapore, found the nose of this wine to be slightly reserved, she complimented the wine's flavour, in particular its refreshing attack and thirst quenching finish, as well as its balanced body and structure. Fabian Schenk, general manager of also found the wine very pleasant, praising its “fine bubbles and pleasant acidity”. However, Ludovic Petrow, sales manager for Time & Flow champagne, begged to differ, as he found the wine's nose to be insufficiently expressive, and he felt the wine as a whole lacked complexity.
