The hotel recently welcomed Executive Chef, Jackie Zhang, who will showcase his culinary skills together with team by preparing a gastronomic feast with dishes such as har cheong roast turkey, honey baked gammon ham and desserts such as Christmas star cranberry banana log cake and festive stollen.
These dishes will be available at Food Capital – Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel’s Buffet wing that serve an assortment of delights that continue to tantalise palates of its guests.
This buffet experience will be available from 2nd December 2019 to 1st January 2020, and guests that make their reservations before 15 December 2019 will enjoy 20% early bird discount and a complimentary bottle of wine.
