Hungarian Sweet Realness at The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore is serving up the Hungarian touch for all its visitors to savour from 8 to 31 October, where afternoon tea at The Landing Point is the perfect solution to start off the weekend. Café Gerbeaud, one of the most established and well-loved confectionaries and cafés in Europe, is bringing its famed desserts to Singapore for the very first time, and curious sweet connoissuers will get to taste these traditional Hungarian sweets, alongside The Landing Point’s usual tea-time repertoire.
 
Known as the confectionary house that introduced the Hungarian market to the Cognac Cherry Bon Bon, the160-year-old classical coffee house Cafe Gerbeaud is proud to be serving its range of signature Dobos Cake,based on a traditional recipe where the sponge cake is layered with chocolate crepe made of vanill and egg, topped with hard caramel. They will also be serving the Gerbeaud Slice, one of its best-selling cakes made with ground walnut and homemade apricot jam tucked between layers of short crust pastry with a chocolate top.
