This has a yeasty nose for Kadir, while Yeo finds it salty and slightly tangy like crème fraiche. They both particularly enjoy this wine, as they find it to have good fruit and acidity balance. Tan also echoes this notion, saying that she would pair this ‘yummy’ wine with Peking duck and mushroom-based dishes.
