200 hardcover copies of a commemorative cookbook from Singapore Chef Association
was launched over last Saturday, and in the coming weeks, 1,800 copies of the paperback version will be available. The cookbook features 52 chefs in the categories of ‘blaze’ (national team), ‘bonfire’ (SCA exco), ‘ember’ (junior chefs), kindle (mentor chefs), and ‘spark’ (pastry chefs). Chefs Eric Teo, Yew Eng Tong, Ong Jing Qin, Ben Goh and Randy Chow share their thoughts.
