Chocolatier get ready to show off your skills at the Malaysian Chocolatiers Master 2014 by the Academy of Pastry Arts. The two day event will take place 8th to 9th of November. A team of international pastry chefs will be on the judging panel which provides a platform for global exposure. Prizes to be won includes USD$3000, a 3 chocolate academy workshop by Callebaut and 50 kg of Callebaut Covertures Chocolate.
