Everyone is encouraged to have big dreams where ambition is a pushing force for one to excel. However, big dreams may not become a reality when circumstances do not allow so. A national summit in Australia has heard of the ambition to develop Northern Australian with hopes of becoming Asia's food bowl, but finds this unrealistic.
