Shortly after holding the tap on cleansing chickens, award winning Indian chef from Moksh Indian Restaurant located at Cardiff, United Kingdom, is pulling a new stint on chickens. Chef Stephen Gomes has been given the title of Heston Blumen”dhal” for his fusion of molecular gastronomy with traditional Indian cuisine but that’s nothing compared to his new way of cooking that no chef has tried. Instead of washing raw chicken, he is now serving chicken breasts that have been fully cooked in a dishwasher!
