According to The Straits Times, the re-opening of Singapore’s century old food centre will be postponed till further notice. Lau Pa Sat centre manager, Ms Jacqueline Lim, said that their renovation work onsite is complete, but the centre is still subject to inspection and approval by the relevant authorities.
