Toni Robertson appointed as Executive Chef at Mandarin Oriental Moving from Mandarin Oriental New York to its counterpart in Singapore, Chef Toni will take on the role of Executive Chef, overseeing all of the hotel’s kitchen operations as well as devising a range of innovative culinary concepts. Trained at the Culinary and Hospitality Institute of Chicago and working in the finest hotels such as Chicago’s Ritz Carlton Hotel, Four Seasons Beverly Hills, and Pan Pacific Hotel Singapore, look forward to new culinary delights in the near future!
