Diet? "People today are more aware of their surroundings as there is so much information available now. We can ensure healthy dishes if we source responsibly, and use natural ingredients that will add great flavour to the dishes.” said Chef Jason Jones of Chico Loco.

For many diners in Singapore, healthy food is 'bland' and 'unflavourful', and therefore, is still not the first option. Despite this, diners are becoming more conscious, and choosing diets such as ketogenic, gluten-free, vegetarian and sugar-free in order to stay in shape. With the growing awareness towards good and bad nutritions, restaurants and brands in Singapore are pressured to give their diners a delicious, satisfying yet guilt-free experience.

We talk to three restaurants: Monti at 1-Pavillion, Morsels and Chico Loco to find out how they are making healthy dishes enjoyable for its diners, and how they ensure that each dish served is beneficial to the diner's health.
