World Gourmet Awards Announce Finalists For Innovative Chef Challenge

The World Gourmet Awards (Previously known as the Awards of Excellence) announced the finalists of the U.S. Dairy Export Council Innovative Chef award yesterday on its social media accounts.
The finalists will participate in the Innovative Chef Challenge that will take place on the 5th of March 2019 during the World Gourmet Summit's press conference. The chefs will be required to conceptualise and prepare a dish to be presented to a panel of judges.
Here are the 5 finalists:
- Chef Miller Mai, Ding Dong
- Chef Eugene See, Birds of a Feather
- Chef Josephine Loke, Andaz Hotel
- Chef Dexter Lim, One Farrer Hotel
- Chef Petrina Loh, Morsels
