New York Chef clinches “Best US Chef” at James Beard Awards

Just when you thought there is nothing to look forward to this year, Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore brings in new head chef, Takaya Ishizuka from Tokyo. Chef Ishizuka will lead the creative efforts in choosing the best seasonal ingredients for Nadaman’s signature kaiseki experience.
