Michel Sarran’s Kitchen designed by Marrone
Chef Michel Sarran would like you to feel at home in his restaurant. Located in Toulouse, France, you are first welcomed by his wife Françoise, before being seated in a dining room that opens up into a beautiful indoor garden. Dishes that create emotions are presented by the two-Michelin-starred Chef Michel Sarran, who has been the judge of TV program Top Chef France since 2015.

The kitchen is entirely signed by Marrone, and shows the care and attention with which Chef Sarran chooses to furnish his restaurant. Stainless steel and white contrasts against the round and irregular lines of the cooking suites, which remind one of pebbles in a pool. This is where Chef Sarron draws inspiration from his memory drawers, and, with his young and talented team, works with lavender and violette, foie gras and parmesan, mullet and pumpkin.
