An enthusiastic team player, Chef Mario is no stranger to Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group as he was previously from Mandarin Oriental, Taipei where he spent a few years as Chef de Cuisine of the hotel’s renowned Bencotto restaurant. Not only was Chef Mario responsible for daily operations, he also oversaw the restaurant’s award-winning concept and menu development. Today, he leads the highly talented and skilful culinary team as Executive Chef of Mandarin Oriental, Singapore.
