Enjoy Ruinart Champagne at Rougie Gourmet Delights In the 1600s, Benedictine monk Dom Thierry Ruinart produced a ‘wine with bubbles’ from the vines of his native soil, Champagne. Twenty years after his death, his nephew established the first Champagne, in 1729. Enjoy the scents of fresh white pear and white flower notes along with aromas of hazelnuts and almonds in these beautiful bubblies at Rougie Gourmet Delights on 31 March at Dolce Vita.
