Restaurant Association of Singapore: Epicurean Star Awards 2016

The Restaurant Association of Singapore (RAS) has recently held the Epicurean Star Award 2016, its 11th edition.

Organised by the Restaurant Association of Singapore, this annual awards ceremony was held on
24 November 2016 at the Fairmont Ballroom, Raffles City Convention Centre, where finalists vied for the awards from 20 categories such as Best New F&B Establishment, Best Buffet and Best Café; and one from a new category – Best Japanese Restaurant (Chain).

The awards ceremony was graced by Guest of Honour, Mr Lim Swee Say, Minister for Manpower – “I am confident that with all parties – industry, Government and workers – working together, we can sustain the growth and maintain the vibrancy of our F&B industry, one of the many things that makes us uniquely Singapore,”
