This October, the Centre National Interprofessionel de l'Economie Laitière (CNIEL), with support of the European Union, will introduce the wonderful world of European cheese into the palettes of Singapore epicureans with an island-wide campaign, Say Cheese, featuring a three-day gourmet cheese truck across three lunchtime hotspots from Wednesday, 26 October to Friday, 28 October to showcase the enjoyment and versatility of European Cheese in Singapore!
The Say Cheese food truck will be serving up a tantalising selection of treats created using European cheeses, including bite-sized delights such as a Bleu “Hollandaise” on Egg Croustade; Mozzarella Mousse and Shaved Parmesan Smashed Peas Crostini; and a Gratin Dauphinois, among others. Attendees who #SayCheese for the camera at the on-site social photo booths will also receive a complimentary tote bag complete with cheese treats and recipes.
