Food Japan 2016 (formerly known as Oishii Japan) marks its 5th year with a rebranded show title to reflect the diversity of its showcase. ASEAN’s leading exhibition for Japanese food and beverage related products will be held at Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre in October this year.
Food Japan 2016 will focus on 3 key areas: healthy eating, food innovation, and productivity. With master classes and product demonstrations, trade and public visitors can glean inspiration and ideas for menu creations and learn more about Japanese culinary techniques. Food Japan is expected to attract 320 exhibitors and 13,000 visitors this year.
