A magnificent four hands dinner will take place in Singapore this Sunday! Latin American Chef Virgillio, #4 in the world and the first in Latin America will be collaborating with Chef Andre of Singapore for a spectacular dinner both in RAW Taipei and Restaurant ANDRE in Singapore.
Dinners will get a signed copy of Chef Virgillio's cook book, CENTRAL.
