F1 weekend: Waterboat House launches a five-course menu

The culinary team at Waterboat House will be launching a five-course menu during this year’s F1 weekend. Coined The Rooftop Affair, the 3-day event will offer visitors special food menus on each day and noteworthy drink packages while soaking into race mood and enjoying the paranomic view of the Marina Bay Skyline.

For the race night, there will be an exclusive European seafood buffet with four hours of free flow Moet Chandon champagne, house pour wines, cocktails, juices and soft drinks together with Waterboat House’s signature dishes. Enjoy all this at $355++ per pax.
