Aussie Celeb Chef Kuruvita now dishing out seafood weekends at W Sentosa Cove

Chef Massimo Bottura is full of surprises, instead of basking in the fame and glory that comes with being top on the World Best 50 List, Chef Bottura is looking for ways to expand his Refettorio Ambrosiano Project and he is getting the help and support from Robert De Niro. Refettorio Ambrosiano is a project birthed out of the 2015 Milan Expo where he gathered food from the Expo that would have been thrown out and have a lineup of top chefs design a meal each night for the homeless. This resulted in more than 15 tons of food saved. Chef Bottura has since had plans to bring the project to the Bronx and this project will have the support of the Italian Consulate in New York.
