Ding Dong moves to Amoy Street Modern Southeast Asian restaurant Ding Dong moves to 115 Amoy Street, bringing an updated cocktail programme and its beloved food menu.
 
Keeping its reputation as a fun play-land with an oriental theme, this establishment features a open-kitchen concept and counter-seating where guest can watch chefs prepare their food on the spot. The brand new cocktail menu sees Group Bar Manager Joe Schofield incorporating local flavours into modern cocktail.  A new tipple is the Umami, a classic Bloody Mary with a twist.
 
Chef Jet Lo brings 15 Asian-inspired creations, such as 5 spice lamb tongue, homemade banana bread with duck liver & Kimchi and Hamachi sashimi with betel leaf, green mango & chilli relish.
