Luke Thomas is now the name to take note of when it comes to name of chefs. Not only did Chef Thomas win FutureChef at the age of 15, he has since appeared in several programmes. At his current age of 20, Chef Thomas runs Luke’s Broadway, a 35-seat bistro jointly owned with 16th Century hotel Lygon Arms. His restaurant serves up British dishes with modernity and he has seen a number of supporting diners on nights that the restaurant is open for business. Such a young talent worth mention, will we be looking at more talents in the coming year?
