George Calombaris and Neil Perry are opening fast-food outlets at an affordable price

Famous fine dining chefs George Calombaris and Neil Perry are delving into the world of Fast food and they are not dipping their toes into it, they are submerging themselves all the way.

Georger Calombaris teamed up together with long-time friend Radek Sali, who is also the current Swisse chief executive, for this joint venture.

While Chef Neil Perry started Burger Project, an operation build for quick bites, but offers premium ingredients unlike the usual fast food joints.

Different dishes such as Burgers, souvlakis and kebabs are on the menu, cooked with the same gourmet ingredients and smarts applied to high-end restaurants but without the posh-nosh price tag.
