6 WGS Upcoming Workshops: 11-17 April 2016 1. Hands-On Workshop featuring Qian YiBin (Healthy)
Chef Qian Yi Bin specialises in Chinese avant-garde cuisine where he employs the use of Western techniques and his strong foundation in cooking to coax out the best flavours in delicate ingredients. He believes in creating food that is not only spectacular in taste, but highly nutritious in value too. Tying in with KitchenAid’s Passion Week initiative, the World Gourmet Summit has arranged a session dedicated to #eatingcleanwithWGS to give you the tips and tricks on how to eat clean without having to compromise your taste palates. 2. Hands-On Workshop featuring Mark Moriarty
We are proud to invite Chef Mark Moriarty, the 2015 S.Pellegrino Young Chef of the World competition in Milan, Italy. Mark’s dishes are simple, confident and focused. Dishes are classically based while presenting Irish food in a new and innovative way. Join us on this remarkable Hands-on workshop at at-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy, on April 14th and cook up a hearty Irish meal side by side with the remarkable Chef Moriarty flying all the way from Ireland.
