Coffee, Tea Or Cascara

Coffee, Tea Or Cascara If you can’t choose between coffee and tea, then meet cascara, which means ‘husk’ in Spanish. This new coffee and tea hybrid drink is made using the skin of the coffee cherries. It is first dried under the sun and then brewed like tea. Created by Aida Batlle, who grows coffee in El Salvador, she discovered this blend when she chanced upon a pile of discarded cherries emitting out a sweet aroma. The next thing she knows, she was cleaning the cherries, soaking it in hot water and sending a sampler out to her customer. Find out how it tastes like here: http://bit.ly/1RZFsmD
