Apart from simply cutting room rates to draw in crowds, hotels such as Royal Plaza on Scotts are sweetening the deal for guests through its “BBB” promotion – complimentary breakfast, broadband, and beverage bar. On the other hand, InterContinental Singapore is one hotel that is raising its game.
