Acclaimed Chef Tomonori Danzaki, former Executive Chef of Joël Robuchon Singapore at Resorts World Sentosa, has moved to head the French culinary superstar’s restaurant in Bordeaux, La Grande Maison Bordeaux. Chef Danzaki, who joined Joël Robuchon in 1994, has been in charge of opening several Robuchon restaurants, and has been credited with being the main force behind the success of Joël Robuchon Restaurant at MGM Grand in Las Vegas.
