10-year-old Chan Ka-lum is set to receive his “Cordons Bleus” medal from the Commanderie des Cordons Bleus de France. His father Chan Chun-sun, founder of Yunnan noodle chain Sing Lum Khui, and also a recipient of the same medal said that his son’s medal was slightly different from the ones awarded to adult chefs.
