Five people have been injured by a flash fire caused by a portable stove at Chong Qing (Original) Steamboat restaurant along Beach Road, with two suffering third-degree burns. The gas canister was the suspected cause of the flash fire. Read more at http://goo.gl/Y7Z2qF
