China has been the controversial country for exotic food and the most complained food of all, dog meat. However, Sydney, Australia is looking into getting a new food trend up in China. Kangaroo is a rare dish in the Australian menu but for food adventurers in China, this dish would be a new and exciting try where China’s appetite for meat is expected to rise. Will this spark another animal preservation activist demonstration like the banning of shark’s fin and dog meat?
